The differences comes from manual hand-work with definitive, professional operation. Hand-work ensures the original scent of the wood, compared to scraping by machine: causes loss of scent because the friction of machine work produces heat that burns the layers of oil.
Our HAGA Agarwood Chips are totally cleaned by hand with carefulness to every inch for the thickness to be perfectly made. The heat caused by friction between the scraping machine and the chip surface makes the original scent of oud to be lost by burning their oil layers.
