Internal training course: Self Development – Team Building 2020

Recently, in the three consecutive days from July 17 to July 19, 2020, at Hoang Giang Agarwood, the internal training course: “Self Development – Team Building” took place.

 

 

The course is designed to give trainees 05 benefits, as a member of Hoang Giang organization, and also as a La Gi child in the mission of tourism community ambassador, as called as community-based tourism volunteers.

 

 

05 output criteria:

1. Understand core personality values and self-development methods

2. The nature of team building and design of team building activities

 

 

3. Understand concepts of building trust and understanding; sustainable development

4. Applying coordination skills in business and school activities

5. Identify issues in your community and plan actions

 

 

Through a short yet continuous and intensive training course, La Gi trainees La Gi childs have had the opportunity to deeply discover themselves, practice listening, empathy and skills to develop EQ for ourselves as well as in relationships with people around us, especially with our hometown environment.

 

 

Accordingly, trainees understand the concept of “community”, the relationship between our own business community, local community, and global community. This will be an important skill and the most effective support to the role of La Gi tourism volunteers in the sustainable development of La Gi’s native community of Hoang Giang.
