In the period 2019-2020, GCC continues to be the area that accounts for a large proportion of sales of Hoang Giang Agarwood with over 88%. In which, three major markets which are Saudi, UAE, and Kuwait account for over 87% of revenue from GCC. Oman and Bahrain are two markets with outstanding growth, 54.35% and 130.78%.
For the product group HAGA Natural Smart Oud’s output is 12 tons / year. In particular, the export volume to GCC increased ~ 4 times, collected the revenue ~ 3 times increased, the highest output ~ 5000 kg came from UAE.
For Agarwood essential oil, the output reaches ~ 100 kgs / year, of which Hoang Giang accounts for 1.1% of the market share for essential oils produced from all Aquilaria tree families exported to GCC, particularly from Aquilaria crassna, accounts for 1.44%.
For wood products, the output is ~ 11 tons / year, of which Hoang Giang accounts for 1.25% of the market share for wood products from all Aquilaria tree families, particularly 25.82% from crassna.
In general, flat chip and Smart Oud are the two product groups that bring in the best revenue, of which, Smart Oud has grown 3.96 times in volume compared to 3 years of launching with the value 3.22 times increased.
